BOOKING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing Luxe Hair & Scalp Studio. To provide the best experience for all clients,
please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
DEPOSITS
► Hair Services (Braids, Quick Weaves, and Loc Services): A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
► Scalp Density Shading Services: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
► Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
► Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
► We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
► Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
► Clients who provide proper notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment date.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
► A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
► If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
► Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or appointment cancellation.
► If an appointment is canceled due to excessive lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW POLICY
► Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a No Call, No Show.
► No Call, No Show appointments result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.
► Clients who No Call, No Show may lose future booking privileges and may no longer be eligible to book appointments at Luxe Hair & Scalp Studio.
REFUND POLICY
► All sales and services are final.
► If you have any concerns regarding your service, you must notify your service provider during your appointment before leaving the salon.
► We will make every reasonable effort to address concerns while you are present.
► Once a client leaves the salon, services are considered accepted and completed.
► Refunds will not be issued for any products or services.
SCALP DENSITY SHADING POLICY
► Results vary from person to person based on skin type, scalp condition, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing.
► Most clients require an initial session followed by one or more touch-up appointments to achieve their desired result.
► Touch-up appointments are not included in the initial service price unless otherwise stated.
► Luxe Hair & Scalp Studio does not guarantee identical results to photos, previous treatments, or another artist's work.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
► Before and after photos may be taken for client records and progress tracking.
► Photos help document treatment areas, monitor results, and maintain accurate service records.
► Marketing use of photos will only occur with client permission.
CHILDREN AND GUEST POLICY
► No additional guests are permitted during appointments.
► Children may only be present if they are the scheduled client receiving services.
► Parents or guardians must remain present and supervise their child throughout the appointment.
SERVICE PREPARATION
► Hair clients should arrive with hair free of heavy styling products unless a wash service has been added to the appointment.
► Clients are responsible for bringing any hair extensions required for braid or weave services unless otherwise discussed in advance.
► If you are unsure what type or amount of hair is needed, please contact us before your appointment.
CUSTOM SERVICES AND PRICING
► Listed prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, style selection, customization, corrective work, or service complexity.
► Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation or appointment review.
► If you are unsure which service to book, please schedule a consultation or submit a custom service request.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Luxe Hair & Scalp Studio reserves the right to refuse service:
► to anyone who arrives with a contagious scalp condition.
► to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
► to anyone who fails to comply with salon policies.
► when inaccurate or misleading booking information has been provided.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
